Birth: unknown. Marriage: unknown. Death: unknown. 

  • Activist with Victorian Coal Miners' Association. 1897 was unsuccessful candidate for VCMA presidency, but elected trustee.
  • 1898-99 secretary of Jumbunna lodge & check inspector at Jumbunna mine.
  • One of small number of activists, including John Stevenson and James Rickaby, who were blacklisted before Victorian coal strike of 1903-04.
