Born, South Yarra, Melbourne, Victoria. Daughter of Frank Pilkington Brett, Esq. Wife of Lieut.-Colonel Humphrey N. M. Clegg, D.S.O., late K.R.I. 8th Hussars and Denbeighshire Yeomanry; now engaged in farming pursuits.

Family, two sons and two daughters: George a’Beckett, educated at Canford School, Dorset, England; Humphrey Chadwick, educated at Geelong Grammar, Victoria; Patricia Mary, educated at St. James’, Malvern, Worcestershire, England; Quenelda, educated at St. Catherine’s, Toorak, Melbourne.

CHARITIES. Member of the Central Executive of Country Women's Association of Victoria; President of Yarra Branch, C.W.A.; Member of the Aldenham Women’s Institute, Hartfordshire, England; Member of the Victoria League.
