William Wilson (?–1817)

Died—on Saturday night last Mr. William Wilson, Government Pilot at this Settlement, leaving a widow and two infant children. If an affectionate husband, a tender parent, an assiduous discharge of his public duty, and an irreproachable life, have any claim to respect, Mr. Wilson will long be remembered in this Settlement with regret. He was a native of England, and resided many years in these Colonies.
