Esther Winsome (Winsome) Thackeray (1908–1976)

With Cyril MacGillicuddy at the Melbourne Glaciarium, 1935 National Figure Skating Pairs champion in 1933 and 1934, and 1934 National Dance Champions.

By 1935 she had been skating for eight years, winning 17 championships and bronze, silver, and gold medals. Until 1937, when she did not compete, she was the holder of the Australian women's championship, the pairs championship of Australia, and the national ice-waltzing championship.
