Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles McDonald, of Scotland, and Adelaide, South Australia.

Wife of the late Dr. William Markham, of Ireland, and Port Augusta, South Australia, where he practised for over 20 years.

Family, one daughter, Rebecca Emily, married to Dr. R. E. Shuter, of Beaumaris, Victoria.

MAIN INTERESTS. Vice-president Diocesan Council of the Girls’ Friendly Society. Joint representative of the Diocese of Melbourne on the Provincial Council. Member of the National Council of Women in Victoria. Hon. Secretary Girls’ Friendly Society, 37 Spring St. Lodge, Melbourne, since 1914. Council Member, and on the Hospitality Committee of the Victoria League in Victoria. Also on the Committee and an active worker on the Paper and Magazine Section of the Victoria League. On the Kiosk Committee of the Melbourne Hospital Red Cross Auxiliary. Honorary Life Vice-president of the Mothers’ Union, Diocese of Melbourne.
