William Lloyd, Gilbert Baker, Richard Ridge, James McCauley, and William Shaw, were sentenced to seven years transportation on 9 September 1789 at the Old Bailey, London, for burglariously breaking and entering into a dwelling house and stealing clothing. The men arrived in Sydney in 1791 aboard the Atlantic.
