Harriet Hodgetts (1765–1850)

Harriet Hodgetts had three children when she accepted the government's offer of a free passage to the colony to join her convict husband. She arrived in Sydney in 1790 aboard the Neptune as part of the Second Fleet. It is not known if her three children came with her. She had a further nine children in Australia.
