John Hart (1787–?)

John Hart (1787- ) was born on 7 September 1787 aboard the Prince of Wales, the son of seaman John Fisher and convict Catherine Hart. He was baptised on 21 October 1787 while the ship was at the Cape of Good Hope. He went with his mother and baby brother (by Lieutenant Robert Kellow) to Norfolk Island on the Sirius in March 1790. It is believed his family returned to England with Kellow on the Gorgon in December 1791.
