Dorothy Pickett was born in 1806 at Pitt Town, New South Wales.
She supposedly married John Green, one of two convicts with that name who arrived in Sydney on the Hadlow in 1818. The more likely John Green was born c.1787 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, and was sentenced to 14 years transportation. The couple was supposedly married in Sydney in 1822 but there is no documentation. They supposedly both died in New South Wales in 1841 but there is also no documentation to support that.
