Wife of Dr. Arthur Gordon, Medical Practitioner, of Essendon, Melbourne; son of Arthur John, M. D., F. R. C. S. (London), Demonstrator of Anatomy at Middlesex Hospital, England; and grandson of Arthur John, Professor of Anatomy and Surgery at Cambridge University, England.
Family, three daughters and two sons: Isabel, Rosalie and Madeleine; Arthur John and Ronald Henry. Isabel educated at “Ascham," Darling Point, Sydney; other daughters at Presbyterian Ladies’ College, Melbourne. Sons educated at The King’s School, Parramatta, N.S.W. Daughters and sons well known in Melbourne charitable, musical, hunting, racing and flying worlds.
COMMITTEES. Vice-president of St. Martin’s and St. John’s Home for Bovs; and interested in all forms of Social and Welfare work. During the Great War was five years President of the Auburn District Hospital Auxiliary and Vice- president of the Parramatta and Western District Red Cross, N. S. W.
