Eldest daughter of the late William Hose Bullivant, of Longernong Estate, Murtoa, Victoria, and grand-daughter of James Austin, Esq., of Avalon (Geelong), later Glastonbury Abbey, Somersetshire. He was one of the earliest pioneers in Victoria, having come from Tasmania with his sheep, which he swam ashore at Point Henry, Corio Bay, in 1830.
Two brothers, Arthur and Hugh, and two sisters, Mrs. Ridgeon and Mrs. Fred Bailey.
CHARITIES. On the Committee of the Lady Northcote Free Kindergarten; On the Diocesan Council of the Streets and Lanes; also on the Committee of St. George’s Intermediate Hospital; on the Committee of Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
MAIN INTERESTS. Fond of travelling, has made nine voyages to England, and visited Italy, France, etc.
