Born, Melbourne, Vic.

Daughter of the late James Reardon, Esq., and Mrs. Eliza Reardon, of Melbourne, formerly of England. Grand-daughter of the late Benjamin Wickam, Esq., of Wickams Hill, Adelaide, South Australia, and one of Australia’s early settlers. Wife of the late Charles Ball, Esq., of Frome, Somersetshire, England, who, with the late W. H. Welch, founded the firm of Messrs. Ball & Welch Pty. Ltd., of Melbourne, Victoria. Family, six children, two sons and four daughters. Fred C. Ball, Esq., Harry Ball, Esq., Amy Frances (Mrs. W. H. Lewis), Effie Ball, Susie (Mrs. J. W. Ariell), Agnes Gertrude (Mrs. A. R. Wilson, of Flowerdale, Romsey and Jolimont). Mrs. Ball was the owner of Jolimont Square, Melbourne, and was keenly interested and actively engaged in all forms of Charitable and Welfare Work.
