Daughter of the Very Reverend John Dickson Robertson.

Born in Victoria, Australia. Educated, Presbyterian Ladies’ College, Melbourne. Awarded Decoration—Officer of Order of British Empire— for Red Cross Service during the War. Secretary-General of Australian Red Cross Society since 1915; also Secretary of Victorian Red Cross Division since 1918.

MAIN INTERESTS. Red Cross work, literature, music. Author of “An Anzac Budget” and ‘‘Shreds and Patches, ” and has contributed articles and verse to papers and magazines. Has travelled extensively in Europe, and on horseback through Palestine. In order to attend inaugural meeting of the Red Cross at Canberra, when the railway service was suspended, owing to floods, chartered a special aeroplane, and was the first woman to travel by air from Melbourne to the Federal Capital.

CLUBS. Member of the Alexandra Club, Melbourne; Albert Park Golf Club; Victoria League; Daughters of the Manse.
