DEATH—February 2nd, at his residence, Belgrave-place, at Brighton, aged 72, William Foster, Esq., late of Sydney, Australia, Barrister-at-law, Solicitor-General, and member for the County of Northumberland, Australia, under the first Constitutional Act, brother to John Foster, Esq., of Hobart Town, and son of John Foster, Esq., formerly of Armidstead, Settle, Yorkshire.
